Wrap your stomach/abdominal area with the Barut, starting from under the breast until the lower hip area. There are two long strings on the top and bottom of each side of the Barut. Start putting the top and bottom strings into each holes. This is similar to tying a shoe lace.

When you reach the half way stage, start adjusting the strings. Please tie the string tightly and make sure you feel comfortable.

When you feel comfortable, tie the knot in the middle of the Barut.

This is how the Barut will look on you. When properly used, the Barut pushes up your postnatal flabs and wraps your torso tightly. For mobility in the bathroom, you can untie the bottom string.
